Pilot Procedures (the "App") is provided by Mad Catter Studio, LLC ("Mad Catter Studio", "we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

Not operational guidance

The App provides reference checklists for general aviation aircraft. It is a study aid, not a substitute for the manufacturer's Pilot's Operating Handbook (POH), Approved Flight Manual (AFM), or your operator's approved procedures. Always fly the aircraft using its official documentation. We make no warranty that the checklists in the App are accurate, complete, or current for any specific airframe, configuration, or jurisdiction.

No affiliation

Pilot Procedures is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pilatus Aircraft Ltd., Daher, Textron Aviation, Cirrus Aircraft, Embraer, Robinson Helicopter, Airbus Helicopters, or any other aircraft manufacturer. Aircraft names and model numbers are used for descriptive identification only.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store or Google Play terms that govern your installation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance.
