Privacy Policy

Pilot Procedures ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is published by Mad Catter Studio, LLC ("Mad Catter Studio"). This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.
Summary
- The App does not require an account.
- The App does not collect personal information such as your name, email, location, or contacts.
- Your checklist progress is stored only on your device.
- If you submit feedback through the App, the message you write is sent to our server. Feedback is anonymous unless you choose to include identifying information in the message itself.
- The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
What we collect
On-device data (never leaves your device)
- Which checklist items you have checked off, the current step you are on, and whether a checklist is complete. This is stored locally using your device's standard app storage and is removed if you uninstall the App.
Feedback you submit

When you tap "Send Feedback" inside the App, we receive:
- The category you selected (Request Aircraft, Report Correction, or General Feedback)
- The aircraft name you typed (if any)
- The message you wrote
- We do not attach your name, email, account, device ID, or IP address to this submission. If you include identifying information in the body of your message, that information will be received by us.
- Feedback is stored on infrastructure operated by Supabase, Inc. (see "Service providers" below).
Technical data we do not collect
- We do not collect crash logs, analytics events, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
- Apple and Google may independently collect aggregate technical data through the App Store and Google Play. That collection is governed by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies and is outside our control.
How we use the data
- On-device data is used solely to remember your progress between app launches.
- Feedback is used to improve the App, prioritize new aircraft, and correct errors. We do not sell, rent, or share feedback with third parties for marketing.
Service providers
We use the following third party to operate the App's feedback feature:
- Supabase, Inc. — hosted database for storing feedback submissions. See https://supabase.com/privacy
We do not share data with any other third parties.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
- Clear local progress: uninstall the App, or use your device's app settings to clear its storage.
- Feedback deletion: to request deletion of a feedback message you submitted, email team@madcatter.studio with enough detail to identify the submission (approximate date and content). Because feedback is anonymous, we may not be able to locate a specific message.
Security
We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data sent to our servers. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and post the new version at this URL. Material changes will also be noted in the App's release notes.
